LOVE Island fans think they know the 'real reason' that Joe Garrett ended up picking Arabella Chi in the show's latest recoupling ceremony.
The new villa boy had everyone open-mouthed as despite getting to pick first, he chose a girl that many fans were not expecting.

The star engaged in a steamy snog with Molly Smith after it was revealed that the pair had history with one another.
It left fans eager that the pair could soon end up coupling up with one another when it was revealed that a recoupling was around the corner despite Molly being linked to Tom Clare.

When it came to picking his first official villa partner, Joe chose Arabella - a move which appeared to come as a major surprise.
During his speech, he spoke of having "to step on toes" to secure the girl he wanted despite Arabella being single and having no ties in the villa.
Joe said: "I've only had 24 hours in here and its been unreal getting to know everyone.
"I'm not normally the one to step on toes, however, in here you do have to take risks and I'd be gutted if I left with any regrets.
"So, with all that being said, there is a girl that I have been chatting to since being in here and we've gotten on really well.
He then gave Arabella's name as she pulled a puzzled face as she appeared stunned to the core to have been picked as Joe's partner, especially after his speech failed to match up with her villa journey.
Walking over to him, she muttered: "I did not think that?"
She later gave him a hug before pulling away quickly as she exclaimed: "What?"
Molly could be seen giggling before Arabella later whispered: "I'm pleasantly surprised."

Writing online, one viewer said: "Joe was defs gonna pick Molly and freaked out cause his speech makes no sense."
Another went on to add: "Ngl.. thought for sure Joe was gonna pick Molly."
A third added: "Joe deffo wanted to say Molly but bottled it."
Before a fourth echoed: "Joe was going to pick Molly and then changed his mind last second oh my god."
Elsewhere in the episode, fans were left raging and branding Georgia Steel as "bitter" and "snakey" after she appeared to throw Molly under the bus by exposing hers and Joe's kiss.
After Joe kissed Molly in truth or dare, Georgia chimed in as she asked Molly: "Was that the first time, Moll?"
Giggling, she repeated it even louder to capture the full attention of the group.
The girls tried to deflect as Molly looked on pained before Georgia Harrison admitted: "They had a club snog."
