Holby City favourite Lee Mead, 42, previously admitted he has undergone two hair transplants after his hairline started receding 15 years ago.

Now he has showcased his raven-coloured locks looking noticeably more voluminous in a series of snaps with fiancee Issy.

The hair growth has allowed him to style his locks into a floppy style at the top and no doubt boosted his confidence.

Now his hair has grown back he has proudly showed off the progress in a loved up snap posted to X.

In his gushing caption, Lee wrote: "I love this woman so much. My beautiful Issy.

"Today we celebrate our seven year anniversary and I can’t wait for us to be married next year and spend the rest of our lives together."

Lee and Issy first got together in 2018 after meeting on the school run.

The West End star then admitted he “had to pluck up the courage to ask her out."

Previously the Any Dream Will Do winner opened up on having the duo of procedures on ITV daytime show This Morning.

Lee said: "My first one was 15 years ago called FUT technique (Follicular Unit Transplant Technique). But nobody knew. Then I had my next one.

"There's nothing wrong with being bald but it was receding and it affected my confidence a bit."
