1000-lb Sisters star Amy Slaton hilariously shot down rumours that she's back together with her ex-husband Michael Halterman after the public demise of their marriage.

The former reality star took to TikTok this week shutting down romance rumours between her and her ex with a side-splitting video. In the clip, white text over a black background read: "Are you and Michael back together" and a few seconds later "Hell no." The comedic timing matched perfectly with the audio as Love is a Drug by WIZ 36IX blasted in the background.

Amy's fans flooded the comments of the video praising Amy for her moving past her toxic marriage and supporting her on her journey to healing. One commented: "Giiiirl we were wondering over here! lol. Good to see y'all are coparenting if that's what it is. Do you girl! Live your life how you need to love!" Another wrote: "Don't look in the rear view window Amy!!!! Keep moving forward!!!!" And a third added: "Been watching your episodes. So hard to watch you go thru. Sending love!"

Amy's update comes as rumours have swirled that she has rekindled her relationship with Michael following their public divorce back in September of last year. The former couple shared a four-year-long marriage and welcomed two children during their relationship including their three-year-old son Gage and newborn son Glen.

On the TLC reality series, Amy broke down in tears after her divorce from Michael explaining that it took all of her energy to take for her two children alone. As everyone saw Amy struggle to care for her kids by herself those close to Michael urged him to step up and help out. Speaking on the difficult end of their relationship, Amy told People magazine: "There was no support. There was no love. There was no kindness. There was just mental abuse," and added: "I just got tired of hiding it from people.”

Michael filed for divorce from Amy last year, but it didn't take Amy long before she found love again as she recently announced she entered a new romance with her boyfriend Tony Rodgers in November. Amy said that although it was "emotionally challenging" for her navigate a divorce in the public eye, she hoped that her experience would be an inspiration to other women facing similar circumstances. She told E! News: "The way it could help other women stand up in a bad marriage made it worthwhile. It's important to be vulnerable, because even if it's hard to watch, I know that's going help somebody somewhere."
