Aspinall reached up to 57.5kg - the equivalent to 126lb or NINE STONE - on each arm while chest pressing.

That is the same as lifting the size of two 125lb flyweight fighters - leaving even strongman Hall in shock.

He said: "You would never in a million years expect a fighter to be able to press 60kg bells."

A modest Aspinall then said: "Fifty seven and a half..."

But Hall replied: "Might as well round it up to 60. Might as well. It was impressive, mate."

Aspinall, 30, knocked out Sergei Pavlovich, 31, in the first round for the interim belt at UFC 295.

It came after Jon Jones, 36, was forced to pull out of defending the full belt against Stipe Miocic, 41, through injury.

The Brit has campaigned to fight the American legend next but both Jones and Miocic look determined to instead reschedule their bout.

Aspinall posted on X, formerly Twitter: "Believe it or not I respect Jon Jones and everything he has done.

"So impressive. I wish him all the best in his recovery and return against Stipe Miocic.

"While we are talking about Stipe Miocic, my manager was contacted by the UFC asking if I'd like to fight him on apr 13th. I, of course, accepted.

"A little later, we were told that Stipe Miocic doesn't want to fight me, and only interested in fighting Jon Jones.
