Today she took to social media to share some thoughts about taking space from 'drama'.

Josie wrote: "The older you get the more you choose calm over conflict and distance over disrespect.

"Drama becomes intolerant to you and your peace becomes your ultimate priority.

"You start surrounding yourself with people who are good for your mental health, heart and soul."

She did not clarify what situation she was referring to with the statement, and the story has now been taken down.

The Bristolian media personality is thought to have been paid £100k for her recent stint on I’m A Celebrity, which saw her come in fourth place.

The Sun also revealed that she is set to get a 50% pay rise as part of an upcoming This Morning reshuffle.

Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley have been chosen to replace Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby as the new faces of the ITV show.

Josie has had talks to feature more prominently and regularly — which means a bumper new pay packet.

A source said: "Josie will get a new role on the show, and be bumped up to two days a week."
