LOVE Island's Tyrique Hyde today "took a swipe" at his ex Ella Thomas with what fans called an "ice cold" Instagram post.
The semi-professional footballer and his on/off girlfriend finally called it quits after a rocky few months.
Posing at a private members club, Tyrique cryptically wrote in the caption: "I need you to hate so I can use you for your energy."
Fans immediately took this to be a "swipe" at his ex-Ella, with others slamming the post for being "cold".
The couple, who met on Love Island last summer and made it to the final, have wiped each other from their social media.

This isn't the first time that they have hit a rocky patch since leaving the show, they split briefly in November before patching things up.
But according to insiders, the pair have called it quits for good this time.
A source close to the couple told The Sun: "They have tried really hard but just been having constant arguments.
"At the end of day they want different things and it's too hard to make it work. They are saying it's over for good this time and there is no going back."
The split came not long after Valentine's Day, where they appeared to be loved up - with Ty even treating Ella to a Louis Vuitton bag worth £1,200.
They also tucked into a romantic dinner for two and spent the night at a hotel where Ty had the room decked out with love heart balloons.
It comes just three months after the pair managed to patch things up after breaking up in secret.
In November, a source told Mail Online that Ella and Ty had been struggling to make things work.
"Ella and Ty split in secret but got back together and it's been like that for a few weeks now, they are very on and off," a pal told the publication.
"Viewers saw how the dynamic between them can often be fiery and it's been no different since they left Love Island.

With Ella based in Scotland and Ty in Essex, it appears the long-distance romance has added to their struggle to keep their relationship going.
