Ashton Kutcher is reportedly concerned about being drawn into the P Diddy drama due to his friendship with the rapper.
The former That 70s Show star, 46, and his friendship with the I'll Be Missing You singer, 54, stretches back decades as they hosted MTV shows. Now, a source claims the actor is expecting a subpoena amid Diddy's sex trafficking probe due to his relationship with the musician.
Despite the pair's friendship, Kutcher's wife, Mila Kunis has reportedly forbidden him to make any contact following the scandal.

"There is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now," a source told Mail Online. They continued: "Regardless of Ashton's long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since Cassie's lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones. Mila will not let Ashton be in any sort of contact. He is expecting a subpoena as they have been good friends for 20 years."
P Diddy, 53, and Yung Miami, 28, in loved-up pics after 2-year open relationshipIn 2018, Diddy and Kutcher both gushed over the way they met during a chat on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, told the host: "I was doing Making the Band on MTV, he was doing Punk’d and I gave him a call one day and said ‘I heard that you are going to punk me and I just don’t think that’s a good idea'."
A smiling Kutcher then joked: "I’m pretty sure that’s not the way you said it, I don’t think that’s a good idea, is that what you said? I think it was some version of ‘if you do that, that will not end well for you, but I think we should work out a deal'."
A year later, Kutcher refused to share stories from Diddy's parties during a Hot Ones interview. Kutcher told host Sean Evans: "I’ve got a lot I can’t tell." He then paused before adding: "I can’t tell that one either."
On March 25, Diddy's mansions in Los Angeles were raided by Homeland Security. A representative for the law enforcement told us at the time: "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."
Lawyers for the rapper later responded with a statement. Lawyer Aaron Dyer said: "Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."
Diddy's lawyer added: "This unprecedented ambush -- paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence -- leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
