During the show, Sally told viewers how Simon Harris is poised to become Ireland's next Taoiseach (Prime Minister).
It comes as current leader Leo Varadkar tendered his resignation on Monday.

Instead of a picture of Simon Harris appearing on screen, a snap of William Wragg.
One fan took to social media to fume: "That was careless, Sally Nugent mentions the new Irish PM Simon Harris and up pops a picture of William Wragg."
They went on to say: "Where is Henry Zeffman? He’s normally your go to political correspondent. He’s involved in the scandal. We need more than 20 seconds on it."
A second wrote: "A panicked Sally announces the appointment of the new Irish Prime Minister."
Meanwhile, Jon Kay recently explained his absence from BBC Breakfast after disappearing from screens.
The 54-year-old was replaced by Ben Thompson in a presenter shake-up.
In a post on social media, Jon told fans he had enjoyed a well-deserved break to Cornwall with his family.
Jon's first show back on Monday saw him comfort victims of the Post Office scandal during a special report as one lady was reduced to tears live on air.
