In a new video posted on Instagram, the former Towie legend shared one of her latest meals as she thanked fans for their support and kind words after she opened up on her IVF journey.

Cooking an “easy dinner” of tuna pasta and crispy kale with salad, Megan was seen sipping on cranberry juice as she admitted she hadn’t been feeling too well.

“I’ve actually got a UTI,” she sighed. "Honestly. A urine infection, can you believe it? So, I’m drinking cranberry juice.

"My belly has been killing me, even though I’ve been getting stretching pains already anyway. In the night it’s the worst so I’ve been trying to drink this.

“I’m on antibiotics which is… not great, so I’m just trying to find a probiotic to take while taking these antibiotics, so, it’s a lot.”

She captioned the post: “Easy dinner & cranberry juice for a while… why [crying faces]. apparently it’s common in pregnancy?!

“Also I know I can only have 2 tins of tuna a week lol. I’m off for a bath & back into my pjs. Thank you again for your kind comments & stories. Your all amazing.[sic]”

It didn’t take long for fans to chime in with their own warnings over what Megan should and shouldn’t do during pregnancy.

One fan wrote: “Don’t drink cranberry juice it can make it worse as it’s full of sugar or make it come back.

“Try Mannose d if you can have that whilst pregnant & also a trick mix half water & half milk. That helps.[sic]”

Megan reassured the follower by responding: “I’m drinking with no sugar.”

“I hate to be one of those know it all’s, but as a girl with a chronic bladder condition.. ditch the cranberry juice (makes it worse once you have the UTI) and get some D mannose (I’d take a spoonful daily for prevention too),” said another. “Try and drink as much water as possible too.”

Others added alternatives, with one saying: “My consultant also advised dmannose but check its safety in pregnancy.”

“Try Manuka honey with boiling water, it’s the best for UTIs!!!! Gets rid of them without antibiotics x,” added a third.

“Be mindful of pineapples when consumed in large quantities can induce labour cause uterine contractions,” added a fourth, as the salad she made contained the fruit. “So so happy for yous two”.

Others urged people to leave her alone to let her navigate the pregnancy.

“My god everyone just let the woman be,” said one, while a second added, “Only here for all the completely intrusive comments and random unsolicited advice that comes at a pregnant woman.”

Megan revealed she was expecting her first baby with her footballer fiancé Oliver Burke in a sweet video earlier this month.

Football star Oli, 26, got down on one knee on June 14 of last year while they holidayed in Montenegro after just five months of dating.

After the announcement, the former X Factor Celebrity winner took to Instagram again showing Oli helping with her injections to prepare her body for the egg retrieval process and thicken the lining of her uterus.

Megan explained her battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) meant she knew getting pregnant wouldn't be easy.

On the advice of doctors, the couple froze eggs before preparing her body for fertilization, ensuring the best chance of conception.
