Amanda Holden has confessed that she encourages her teenage daughter to share bikini snaps online just days on from causing quite the stir as she went completely starkers... right in the middle of the Heart FM radio studio.
The Britain's Got Talent star, aged 53, is no stranger to flaunting her toned figure thanks to her dedicated fitness regime, but things took an unexpected turn at work earlier this week when she decided to ditch her attire. Her colleague Jamie Theakston couldn't resist making a playful jab, noting it "wasn't a first for her" as the presenter proceeded to shed her garments.
Amid her latest flash of her flesh, Amanda has now opened up on how she and husband Chris Hughes handle parenting two young daughters when it comes to things like sharing snaps on social media. The mum-of-two explained how eldest daughter Lexi, 18, approached both her and Chris to discuss uploading pictures wearing a bikini to Instagram
Amanda, who is also mum to daughter Hollie, 12, recalled how she and Chris ultimately decided to promote body positivity and let Lexi make her own decisions when it comes to her image online. "Lexi did speak to me and her dad about this," Amanda shared in a recent interview.
"She is 18 years old now, so I feel like she's confident and we have always encouraged body positivity in our house. I feel like if she's ready to do that then we're all for it. She knows what could happen from doing it, but I think she should be able to do what she wants, when she wants, and at 18 that's the correct time to do it."

The TV presenter recently stripped off inside a packed Heart FM studio (@thisisheart/Instagram)Speaking to the MailOnline, the TV presenter added: "I wouldn't have encouraged it before, she posted a photo last year in a bikini when she was 17 but again, that's her choice. We are happy if she is happy." Amanda also revealed why she stripped off in the Heart FM studios - admitting: "I'll say yes to anything when I'm tanned, within reason obviously!'"
On Monday's breakfast show, the Heart FM studio got a quirky makeover, turning into a makeshift art class with Amanda modelling for a life drawing session, as cameras captured her peeling off her trousers to display her derriere. Jamie quipped about the unusual situation, commenting: "What's slightly distracting, Amanda's in the corner of the studio, without any clothes on," and then remarked: "Which is a first, not for her of course but certainly for most of us."

Jamie continued: "Erm, we've all been drawing Amanda," followed by Amanda inquiring whether she could view the artwork. Upon seeing the sketches, Amanda couldn't help but express her surprise: "Oh! That's not bad at all! " Meanwhile, a flabbergasted Jamie asked: "Amanda, can you put a top on? It's slightly distracting," as viewers saw her in the buff, using only her hands to cover up.

However, all was not as it seems. "I don't want to kill the magic... obviously, everyone thinks I'm naked, but I was not naked," Amanda admitted in her recent interview. "There is no way I would get my full kit off with boys in the studio, but it was fun. I was wearing underwear, but this was our whole point, when I come back to Heart after being away, I always like to return with a bang. I did not know it was happening."
