The Made In Chelsea star announced the arrival of her son last month after sharing a photo of her new completed family in the hospital room.
Lucy, 33, confirmed she had given birth to a baby boy as she captioned the post: "He's here."
The E4 favourite could be seen cradling her newborn in a black and white snap as her husband, James Dunmore, 32, sweetly planted a kiss on her head as they cooed over the adorable newborn.
Just a few short weeks later, Lucy posted on Instagram wearing a crop top, showcasing her already toned stomach.

The star sported a short black, low-cut crop top with a gym-style design from her own brand, Renue.
Lucy captioned the post: "Tried on some samples today for our next collection @renuethelabel.
"Been a long time coming. Watch this space."
The brand that she runs with Olivia Dowie aims to mesh sexy underwear with sustainability.
Lucy rose to fame after starring in Made In Chelsea back in 2012.
She completed a four year stint before leaving the show.
Back in 2020, after five years of dating, her now husband, James, proposed to her while they were in Greece.
The former MIC star met James on the E4 set in 2015 and they tied the knot in Greece in 2021.
