POPULAR streaming service Disney+ is adding new live channels, according to reports.
The feature is said to be similar to the 24/7 channels available on apps like Pluto TV and Tubi.

Channels like this are popular because viewers don't have to make the difficult decision of what to watch.
The channels have not been confirmed by Disney so right now we don't know if fans will ever get to watch them.

This hasn't stopped fans from taking to social media to praise the idea.
"I am pumped that Disney+ will be adding live channels just like the other streamers," one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
"I think all the major streaming services should do this. Catalogs are so bloated, a lot of stuff is hard to find.
"Paramount+ actually already does this but I wonder how many people know about it?" another wrote.
"I have been saying for a while now that u don’t get why streamers aren’t doing this.
"I’d love to flip on Disney+ in bed & throw on a live channel to fall asleep.
"Paramount+ has good live channels & has been doing this forever which is why I never understood why others aren’t," another said.
Not everyone was pleased with the idea of another streaming service adding live channels.
"I guess the original model was the best model for monetization.
