The Love Island icon, 33, split from Hollywood hunk Bobby Holland Hanton this week after a private romance.
Jetting off to Dubai, Maura has opted for some sun, sea and R+R - starting with a slap-up pasta meal.
Sharing a photo after dressing up for the night, Maura looked incredible in a figure-hugging black dress with flared sleeves as she posed in the mirror.
The star completed the look with big, bulky gold earrings and dark, smokey make-up.

Bobby has been a stuntman stand-in for stars including Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Craig over the course of his career.
The couple were first connected in the summer of 2023, after being seen at the Chiltern Firehouse together.
She confirmed the romance to Patrick Kielty at the end of December, telling the host on Ireland's The Late Late Show that she was "no more single".
Maura has since even able to meet his pal Hemsworth in photos she posted last week.
Despite being together nearly a year, Maura hid the relationship from the public eye - only teasing who he was with a shadowed video of them kissing on a beach at the end of 2023.
However, they've now unfollowed each other on Instagram, with insiders saying they were "too different" to make the relationship work.
A source told The Sun: "It was really fun for a while. But they're different people. It's over between them."
