IN her glamorous white dress and chic pink headwear, Zara Tindall looked every inch a star at a recent Buckingham Palace garden party.
Princess Anne’s daughter, 43, is fast becoming the most stylish royal having undergone a Kate Middleton-inspired glow up, according to a fashion expert.

Fashion expert Amber Graafland told Fabulous: "Having completely overhauled her image, her fun fashion choices have been replaced with clean lines, tailored dresses, and fitted coats.
"Zara’s ‘glow up’ is down to meticulous planning and taking a few tips from Kate Middleton’s style notebook."

Zara has worked with stylist Annie Miall for the past four years, and she has been responsible for some of the royal’s most noteworthy looks.
According to her website, her rates are £325 for an initial consultation, £575 for a first styling service, and then £100ph for an ongoing service.

She’s run her stylist company for over nine years, and focuses on “friendliness and understanding.”
Annie has been instrumental in helping Zara switching to more figure-defining pieces by designers such as Laura Green, who spent a decade working at Catherine Walker, which was Princess Diana’s favourite brand.
Amber added: "The outfit she wore for the Coronation of King Charles III was a real turning point for Zara.
"Wearing a bespoke sky-blue coat dress by favourite designer Laura Green with matching tonal accessories, her outfit looked like it had come straight out of Kate’s closet."
Ditching trouser suits

However, it seems the royal mum-of-three now often reaches for brighter colours and more flattering outfits.
Amber added: "As we all know, Kate never puts a foot wrong when it comes to her fashion choices and no detail is left to chance.

"And we can see that Zara is adopting the same tactics.
"Zara’s style has evolved to wearing sharply cut, figure-skimming pieces that flatter her figure and translate well on camera.
"Adopting a new refined aesthetic, she’s seriously upped her accessories game."
Ditched 'rebel' piercings

In an unearthed interview with Tatler magazine in 2011, Zara laughed off claims, explaining these days, she's more likely to be found cooking spaghetti bolognese for her husband, Mike Tindall.
"At least I didn't have it coming out of my nose, or anything," she said at the time.
It's reported that she had the piercing at a tattoo parlour close to her boarding school - the Gordonstoun School in Moray, Scotland.
It was also rumoured that the royal had a belly button piercing.
Hair and make-up switch

We’ve also seen Zara switch up wearing her hair from being frequently pulled back, to tousled into soft waves on occasion, which accentuates her glowing skin.
Daily workouts
Last year Zara, who is mum to Mia, 10, Lena, five, and three-year-old Lucas, opened up about her post-baby body.
She said: “Your muscles are doing nothing and stretching and creating an amazing thing, but it’s completely different.
Trying to get your body back to where it was, I found, was hard work.

Although she still takes part in equestrian events, she prioritises family life with Mike and her three children.
She explained: “I very much pick [events] around the kids and holidays and try to be around as much as I can.”
In the afternoon, she tries to swim or cycle as “extra exercise.”

Amber shared how Zara has a few fashion "tactics" up her own sleeve.
The fashion expert explained: "Stylish but practical, for her garden party chic, Zara added heel stoppers to her shoes to prevent her sinking into the ground, while a black umbrella shielded her from the rain, whilst looking like it was part of her look."
Doesn’t diet
While many A-listers follow strict diet regimes, Zara prefers home cooked meals.
Typically breakfast will consist of Greek yogurt and honey, while lunch will be soup, sandwiches or egg on toast.
The royal previously said: “I don’t diet but I try to eat well, and not too many carbohydrates or sugary things.”
Repeating winning outfits
Just like Kate, Zara has been known to repeat outfits that flatter her.
Amber shared of their love of recycling outfits: "Zara’s garden party dress was first worn to Ascot back in 2022.
"It looks when it comes to style, no one is immune to the Kate Effect."
