A police manhunt is underway following reports of a robbery involving a blade wielding man.
Devon and Cornwall Police officers are on the hunt for a suspect after the force was called to a suspected robbery on Plymouth this afternoon this afternoon. A weapon believed to have been a blade was used in the incident, which took place between 1.30pm and 2pm today.
One person was taken to hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries, Plymouth Live reported.
The suspect is outstanding and a manhunt is underway. The suspect is described as a young white male.

A witness reported an area "all taped off" and said there was an alleged attack near to the Spar shop on Pike Road in the town.
They suggested that an injured individual went into the shop for help and was taken to hospital via ambulance, although that has not been confirmed by the emergency services at this point
