Cassie Ventura was seen with marks and bruises on her body at an event just days after she was allegedly physically assaulted by Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs in unearthed footage from 2016.
Cassie came forward with allegations against the rapper in November 2023, but the pair settled the lawsuit out of court in a timely manner. According to court documents obtained by The Mirror, she alleged that "he raped her and perpetually abused her for years."
And then last night, surveillance footage from the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, obtained by CNN, appears to show Diddy and Cassie in a physical altercation that matches events described in her lawsuit.

The video appears to show Cassie walking towards the elevators in the hallway of the hotel. Diddy then runs after Cassie, grabs her by the neck, and throws her to the ground while holding a towel around his waist.

After Cassie stands up, the shocking footage shows through a mirror that Diddy appears to shove her. He's additionally seen sitting in a chair with only a towel around his body before throwing an object at Cassie.
Then just two days after the alleged assault, the then-couple were seen on the red carpet when they attended a movie premiere together. Cassie wore a green sparkly frock, while Diddy wore a suit. The duo could be seen holding hands despite their altercation mere hours before, with marks and bruises apparent on Cassie's body.
Three clear bruises can be seen on Cassie's legs in the photos from the event, with another apparent nasty bump on her left shoulder. In Casssie's lawsuit brought against the rapper last November, she recalled how Diddy was "extremely intoxicated" and "punched her in the face, giving her a black eye".
This comes after Cassie's attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, spoke to The Mirror after the unearthed footage came to light via CNN. He said: "The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs.
"Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light."
