LOVE Island fans think they may have worked out the ‘real reason’ that Harriett chose to couple up with Ronnie.
Although a previous romance seemed to be going well with Jess White, 25, he seemed to have other ideas.
Ronnie, 27, had a slight wondering eye when it came to the ladies and he was later given an ultimatum by Jess.
This led him to be in a new couple with Harriett Blackmore, 24, but fans of the long-running ITV2 show do not think this is genuine.
Some of the loyal Love island fandom took to social media site Reddit as they claimed that the supposed Harriett romance may not be what it seems.

One viewer wrote: "I think she's a total game player. she obviously wants to stay in there as long as possible and she's better off with someone (even if it is Ronnie) than being alone."
Another comment read: "They all know that in this game if you don’t have options you’re at risk of being dumped.
"So sometimes you need to go with what’s in front of you and wait for someone better to hopefully come in later."
Viewers also took to X - formerly known as Twitter - as they thought in a similar way, suggesting the pair are both using each other to stay in the villa as long as possible.
One viewer noted: "Not Harriet saying she doesn't even like Ronnie, my girl just wants to stay in the villa????."
"Ronnie has no personality and Harriet is desperate for the Instagram love after the show," wrote a second fan.
As a third user stated: "Ronnie still can’t be trusted! He’s playing cool with Harriett to stay in the game, until Casa Amor or another bombshell walked into the villa."
Meanwhile, a fourth fan suggested: "Ronnie will stay with Harriet if the public keeps him safe. If they are in the bottom, his eyes will start to wonder."
And a fifth added: "I don’t actually think Harriett is into Ronnie, I think she’s trying to stay in for someone new or suss out if he’s a favourite or not and get the winning cash at the end."
