BRENDAN RODGERS has finally sold his luxury English mansion on Sir Alex Ferguson's former street but suffered a £50,000 loss.
The Celtic boss spent £3.95million in 2022 on the Cheshire property - but it has now been snapped up by Liverpool star Alexis MacAllister.

Rodgers put the house up for sale for offers over £4.2m last August but after struggling to find a buyer reduced the asking price in January.
Documents show the former Liverpool boss sold the house to midfielder MacAllister, 25, last month for £3.9m.
This amounts to a £50,000 loss.

Legendary Manchester United manager Fergie put his home on the same street up for sale for £3.5m last November.
Fergie had to slash £250,000 to find a buyer for the property which was eventually snapped up in April.
Both properties were on an exclusive street in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Rodgers' stunning property comes with five bedrooms, a gym, landscaped gardens, a double garage and a bar area.
It also features CCTV, underfloor heating, air conditioning in most of the bedrooms, electronically operated blinds and speakers in the ceilings.

Planning permission has also been granted for ‘leisure facilities’ to be created.
Property agent Sofia Da Silva said: “Immaculately presented to a very high specification, every part of this property is finished exceptionally.
A description of the mansion added: “An exceptional double gable-fronted contemporary residence finished to an uncompromising standard located on one of Wilmslow’s most prestigious roads.”

Rodgers was the victim of a terrifying robbery at his £1.6m home in Bearsden, near Glasgow, in 2019 just after he left the Celtic job for Leicester.
He was not in the property but his family were forced to hide in a bathroom as the robbers stormed in and swiped medals.
Rodgers rejoined Celtic to replace Ange Postecoglou who left for Tottenham and sealed a league and cup double.
Ferguson, who also managed Aberdeen, moved to a £1.2m house near to his son Darren so he could be closer to his grandchildren in the village of Goostrey, Cheshire.
