Next Level Chef kicks off on ITV1 on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 9pm.
The series will run for eight episodes.
How many chefs take part in the competition?
The ITV series sees 12 aspiring chefs competing for the ultimate prize.
Full details about the chefs are being kept under wraps.
But in an ITV release about the show, host Gordon Ramsay references “accountants, ex-military [personnel], models, corporate business people, a Paralympian… talented mums, talented dads and some really cross-sector individuals”.
Who are the hosts of Next Level Chef?
Chef Gordon Ramsay leads the pack with his fellow judges, Paul Ainsworth and Nyesha Arrington.
Ainsworth is a former protégé of Ramsay.
He has previously appeared on MasterChef as a guest chef and is a chef patron at Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 in Padstow.
Arrington is an American chef and reality TV star.

She is known for starring in Top Chef and Food Network’s Chef Hunter.
Speaking ahead of the series, Ramsay said: “I want to see our chefs, social media stars, home cooks whatever their level, whatever their experience, show me what they can do.
“Whether they’re at the top cooking in the dream kitchen with every gadget and the finest ingredients or in the middle kitchen, good equipment, good ingredients but nothing fancy or, and this is where it gets really interesting, down in the basement kitchen.
"Super basic, minimal ingredients and left-over scraps then show me what you’re really made of!"
He continued: “Talent and tenacity will absolutely shine through, and someone will walk away with an equally Next Level prize, I can’t wait to get started!”
