TASHA Ghouri has revealed a secret health struggle after hitting back over boob job speculation.
The Love Island star, 24, has revealed she suffers from migraines which leave her "exhausted".
In a post on Instagram, Tasha opened up to her followers and urged them to listen to their bodies.
She said: "I went to Coachella for the weekend and I decided not to attend on the last day because I listened to my body and my self-care always comes first.
"I have serious FOMO but I’m so glad I stayed in, got a take away and watched MAFS. Always listen to what your body needs and you come first.

"It’s okay to miss out on things sometimes! Let’s normalise this a lot more."
Tasha was flooded with support for fans, as one said: "So incredibly proud of you."

Her shock health update comes after she was forced to deny she has had a boob job.
Tasha had teamed up with Ann Summers for a new swimwear collection and took the opportunity to show off her new bob hair cut.
Sharing a few selfies from backstage of the photo shoot, she wrote in the caption: "I think summer is calling for a bob moment."
Tasha was inundated with praise from fans in the comment section who were blown away by her beauty.
Referencing her caption, one person boldly wrote: "I so read that as a boob job," with a laughing-crying face.
"well you're very wrong, all natural," Tasha replied with a smiley face.
