KATIE Price has been spotted snogging Hugh Hefner in a throwback snap before revealing her latest makeover.
The former glamour model took to her Instagram stories with the old photo, which saw her planting a kiss on the lips of the Playboy founder.
Katie, 44, could be seen kissing Hugh, who passed away aged 91 in 2017, in the snap taken in 2002.
Looking wildly different, the media personality almost spilled out of her low-cut bra top and showed off her stomach in a tiny denim miniskirt in the snap.
She let her then blonde locks flow straight down her chest as she opted for a dramatic smokey-eye make-up look.

Meanwhile, the magazine mogul donned a red shirt and black suit jacket as he planted a kiss on Katie's lips.
The mother-of-five captioned the throwback snap: "The dream come true when I did the cover of American Playboy and lived with Hugh Hefner and toured America with him."
She went on to share her busty magazine shoot from the 2002 edition, where she was seen sporting long blonde hair.
Katie appeared to be channelling her younger self as she then told fans she was heading to the salon for "new hair".
She showed off her new extensions, which ranged from brunette to a bright bleach blonde as part of her new look.
Katie visited the Playboy mansion back in 2002, when she posed topless on the magazine's cover.
In 2017, she gave an eye-opening account of her trip to the mansion before finding out Hefner had passed away.
Recalling what a huge deal it was, she revealed: "It was a big achievement for me to be on Playboy. I remember Hugh invited me and he wouldn't let me bring anyone. I was so nervous.”
Katie went on to claim that Hef asked her to be his girlfriend but she didn’t want to have sex with him so declined the offer.
"I was really intimidated at first," she said. "He told me he wanted me to be his girlfriend but to be his girlfriend you have to do the deed.

"I saw him do the deed with younger girls. On a Monday, Wednesday and Friday we would all go out and then back to his room. Some of the toys were like a Dyson Hoover."
The mum-of-five previously revealed she had urinated in the Playboy mansion’s famous grotto during her stay there.
Since then, Katie has posted the snaps from her trips to the Playboy mansion to her social media fans multiple times.
After Hefner passed away, Katie penned next to a post of the pair: "What sad news this morning of this lovely man. Great times."
