FIRST Dates star Cici Coleman showed off her "pregnant" stomach after revealing her incredible body transformation.
The 36-year-old, who shot to fame on the Channel 4 show in 2013, took to Instagram to be real with her fans about how she's been feeling this week.
Cici shared a mirror selfie of herself in a black sports bra, grey pyjama bottoms and pink slippers.
In the snap her stomach looks very swollen as the telly star confessed that she's been suffering with PMS (premenstrual syndrome).
Cici captioned the post: "Gyming four times per week, eating well, zero alcohol but soooo friggin bloated this week.

"Feels like a MAMMOTH period is approaching.
"This happens every winter if I'm not in a hot country. Need my vit D.
"Some might argue that I look pregnant but you'd need a boyfriend for that."
Cici later asked: "Anyone else got like MEGA PMS this month?" and said: "So sad to hear a lot of women are in the same boat."
It comes just days after Cici looked amazing in a leopard print bikini as she showed off her four month body transformation.
She looked incredible in the animal print swimsuit while posing for a mirror selfie.
The star recently became an online coach and offers workouts and diet plans to clients.
She's been busy working hard to improve herself and shared how it's going on Instagram.

The beauty has recently undergone a fitness kick and showed off her weight loss earlier this year.
