Once you have your feet in the sand, you will be greeted to stunning views of Donegal’s crystal waters, Tory Island and Muckish Mountain.

And if you are lucky, you may spot a seal or dolphin splashing in the water.

Adventure seekers can also explore hidden caves when the tide is low.

But beachgoers are urged to check tide times when visiting Tramore.

Swimmers are warned that Tramore Beach has dangerous currents and rip tides - so swimming here is NOT recommended.

There are no life guards at this hidden paradise.
