A HOLBY City fan favourite will be back on screens soon as a new Casualty trailer reveals his first scenes.
Fans have been left delighted after they spotted Eli Ebrahimi in the newly-released trailer.
A Holby City fan-favourite will make a surprise appearance in CasualtyCredit: BBCA first look trailer for the soap has shown Davood Ghadami's character Eli in the emergency departmentCredit: BBCHe's played by former EastEnders actor Davood Ghadami, who worked on Casualty's sister show Holby City before its axe last year.
Since then some of the show's most-loved characters have made brief appearances in Casualty.
And in the first-look clip we see Eli in the emergency department, hugging another person.

His cameo has grabbed the attention of viewers as one said: "OMG this looks incredible, can't wait to see this @BBCCasualty & was that @DavoodGhadami I spotted in the hospital!"
A second said: "Why is Eli form Holby here? Interesting..."
While a third commented: So happy to see Davood back in the hospital."
Meanwhile, next week on Casualty the new nurses battle to impress Max and a difficult patient is too familiar to Jan.
Upcoming Casualty scenes will see Jan get the shock of her life.
Jan is taken aback when she comes across a dishevelled and inebriated patient who turns out to be her ex-husband, Gethin.
Gethin is not pleased that the paramedics have been summoned and declines any assistance.
Despite this, Jan remains resolute and insists that he must be treated at the ED.
