A POPULAR food show with a major star host has been axed after just two series.
Eddie Hall's food show for UKTV's digital channel Dave has been shelved by the broadcaster, The Sun can reveal.
The show was originally titled 'Eddie Eats America' and later rebranded for a spin-off edition due to travel restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
It saw the 2017 World's Strongest Man champion travel to the US in a bid to try the biggest dishes.

He travelled to Bradford in one instalment to challenge a 4kg naan bread that was accompanied by turkey curry.
When contacted by The Sun Online a spokesperson for UKTV confirmed Eddie's show would not be returning.
