Manchester United fans were less than impressed with Antony's full-time reaction after dropping two points against Tottenham.

The big-money summer signing was seen swapping shirts with his compatriot Richarlison while sharing a joke and laughing - and it seems the moment didn't go down too well with disappointed Red Devils supporters.

One United fan tweeted: "Antony on camera now laughing with Richarlison. Laughing when we've just dropped points! The mentality is weak," while another added: "Why is Antony laughing? There's nothing funny about this game!" And a third said: "Why is Antony laughing and joking with Richarlison? He should be raging!"

A fourth concluded: "Words can't describe, it's every single game you're saying that it's not good enough, something has to change, you were 2-0 up WAKE UP. We showed NO urgency. ANTONY SWAPPING SHIRTS AND LAUGHING AFTER THAT... WOW."

Manchester United stormed into an early lead after Marcus Rashford picked out Jadon Sancho, who cut in on his right foot and curled the ball past Fraser Forster in the Spurs goal.

His teammates looked delighted for the forward, who has been lacking in confidence, and United appeared to have their tails up.

Moments later United doubled their advantage on the back of a missed Spurs opportunity after Bruno Fernandes picked out Rashford with a stunning long ball.

The in-form Englishman stood up his compatriot Eric Dier before bending the ball around the defender and into the roof of the Tottenham net.

United went into the break 2-0 up and looked certain to add to their advantage in the second half but Spurs had other ideas.

Interim boss Ryan Mason clearly rallied his troops in the dressing room and a Harry Kane-led Tottenham were a different beast - taking the game to their top-four rivals.

Pedro Porro reduced the deficit with a thunderbolt of a rebounded shot before Kane's influence continued to grow, despite Son Heung-min having a game to forget.

Ten minutes before the end Kane picked out Son with a ball across the box and the Korean slotted home to draw the scores level.

Speaking after the game, United boss Erik ten Hag said: "When you're 2-0 up you are a little bit disappointed when you draw. It's obvious. We had the chances for 3-1, but after this week 2-2 is a good draw.

"You could see the goal coming, I had the subs ready but it was too late. We didn't block the crosses or the shot, we didn't squeeze out. It was so easy for them to score.

"It's another game, we need energy, we need to be ready, we know that."
