YOUR Sky TV box can easily become crowded with different favourites from various members of the family.

And in extreme cases, this can lead to arguments over who's saved what.

But fortunately Sky Glass and Sky Stream have a fairly recent feature that keeps things all organised for everyone.

It's called Personalised Playlists, which is essentially Sky's take on profiles.

The option means each family member in your household can compile their very own collection of TV shows and movies to watch.

You can add anything to your personal page from the TV guide, on demand and even apps by pressing the plus button on your remote.

Up to five unique playlists can be created, so that should cover most households.

Now one member of the family can have all their sport favourites in one place, while the other who loves soaps can keep theirs separate.

Resume where you left off

Another useful feature that launched earlier this year makes it even easier to watch shows where you left off too.

So, if you had to stop a show or movie midway, you'll no longer have to rummage through your set-top box to find it.

Instead, your voice has all the power.

Simply press the mic button on your remote and say "Play" followed by the title's name.

Your box will then open the exact one you were watching at the point you switched off.

Both are available to Sky Glass and Sky Stream, the broadcaster's satellite-dish free services.
