The reality TV beauty, best known for starring on The Only Way Is Essex, gave her 1.7M Instagram followers a glimpse into her romantic evening.
Lucy, 31, looked amazing as she sported a plunging orange dress on the idyllic date night.
Posed in front of an amazing back-drop, Lucy could be seen stood beside a water-featured flanked by several hot-air balloons.
The swoon-worthy venue, which costs a cool £250 per evening, is Feast on Cloud 9 at The Grove Hotel in the Hertfordshire countryside.

Described on their website, the dreamy event features "beautifully bespoke Hot Air Balloons" and an "unforgettable nine-course creative tasting menu".
Surrounded by "atmospheric views", ideal for picturesque quality time, Lucy also shared a sweet snap of her Fiancé Ryan, best known for starring in Coronation Street, tucking into delicious food.
The pair who have two children together, could also be seen whilst seated in one of the wicker basket booths and posed for a sweet couples picture in front of the sweeping water feature.
Lucy also gave her followers a view of the venue at dusk, where the hot air balloons could be seen reflecting in the water beneath the moon-lit sky.
Fans of the happy couple were wowed by the photo-worthy setting, with one writing in the comments: "Wow. Looks beautiful!!! as do you!!!"

It comes after the family enjoyed a stunning £1,000 a night luxury holiday in Barbados at the British Airways Colony Club resort.
The couple flew out to the beautiful island with Lucy's family to celebrate her father Paul's 60th birthday.
Lucy and Ryan enjoyed a whirlwind 24-hour romantic trip to the city of love back in January, making Barbados their second holiday of the year.
