TAYLOR Swift fans have blasted Ticketmaster for the "confusing" new rules and chaotic nature of the star's UK Eras Tour ticket launch.
The fiasco around her 2024 Eras Tour came at the same time as The Sun exclusively revealed how Lover songstress Taylor, 33, is back together with The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, 34.
Yesterday, fans slammed Ticketmaster for a delay in releasing emails for those who had "registered" their interest.
Die-hard "Swifties" were left fuming at Ticketmaster UK for "keeping them in limbo" - a situation which continued after "updated ticketing procedures" were announced.
It was ultimately a mixed bag with some fans not getting an email at all and others receiving "confusing" correspondence from AEG Presents which detailed a delay in finding out if they could apply for the coveted tickets.

After hours of waiting and refreshing their computers, some lucky fans received the long-awaited email - with detailed yet perplexing new ticket sales dates and a host of new rules.
It read: "A limited number of registrants will have the opportunity to access the ticket sale and everyone else will be placed on the waitlist.
"Due to the demand for these shows, and to ensure the maximum number of fans have the opportunity to access tickets, registrants will be randomly selected for the opportunity to access the ticket sale.
"For UK dates, ticket inventory will be split evenly between the official ticket agents Ticketmaster and AXS.
"If you are selected, you will be randomly assigned a unique non-transferable access code to EITHER Ticketmaster or AXS.
"Registrants who are selected to receive a code for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour ticket sale will have the opportunity to access the sale for the specific city they registered for."
Addressing the pre-sale date change, it then said: "Access to sales will be limited to the specific shows that are on sale on a specific day. If you are selected, please read your email carefully to see which day’s on sales you have access to."
Yet the huge switch up left fans thoroughly perplexed.
One took to twitter to rage: "I don’t really understand what’s going on with Taylor Swift tickets - the tweets are confusing me, the email I have received is confusing me. All I know is that I just really wanna see her, just once, and that’s enough for my life, ok?"

Another shared: I’ve never known anything more confusing than this Taylor Swift pre-sale code saga."
A third loudly put: "WHEN DO WE GET TOLD IF WE WERE SELECTED FOR GENERAL VERIFIED FAN FOR UK THE ERAS TOUR TAYLOR SWIFT THE EMAIL IS SO CONFUSING."
One then added: "Please tell me everyone else just got the very confusing Taylor Swift email?"
A Taylor fan confessed: "Never known anything more confusing then getting Taylor Swift tickets!" as one agreed: "Never been so confused in my life this Taylor Swift email is so confusing like do we get them today why have dates changed ugh I feel sick."
Taylor last toured the UK and Ireland in 2018 when she played six Reputation Tour shows at stadiums in London, Manchester and Dublin.
Earlier this month, Taylor teased her dates as she wrote on Twitter: "LOTS more international dates to come soon, promise!"
And yesterday she announced three new UK gigs for the list.
The US superstar will perform on nine dates in the UK next summer, as well as a further three shows in Dublin.
She will kick off the newly-announced leg of her Eras Tour with three shows at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, followed by three nights at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium and one show at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.
The Anti-Hero singer will then perform three concerts at Wembley Stadium at the end of June, before returning to the same venue for two more gigs in August.
