Tom revealed he's filming in Glasgow and joked that his experience with pub quizzes prepared him for the challenge.

He shared a snap of himself in the studio and wrote: "Today I had the absolute honour to be a guest on Celebrity Weakest Link.

"It was great fun filming this today in Glasgow and met some brilliant people! Has years of pub quizzing helped me?

"Really enjoying all these new TV opportunities I'm being given and looking forward to my next TV adventure. Bosh."

His appearance on The Weakest Link comes days after his wife 'nearly died' when she had an emergency C-section.

Tom was managing a West Ham Legends team in a tournament in North Carolina last month when his wife Sinead called him saying she needed an emergency C-section within the next 24 hours.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Tom, revealed doctors warned the couple if surgery didn’t take place, both Sinead and the twins’ lives were in serious danger - which sparked his desperate 5,000 mile journey back to the UK to be with them.

Thankfully, the twins - named Roma and Darla - went home mid-June after spending a few weeks in hospital.

Tom, famous for his “Bosh” catchphrase and viral breakfasts at Dino’s Cafe in Spitalfields, East London, was told the news about Sinead just before the West Ham Legends team’s first match in the inaugural TCT Tournament - and he got the team’s bus driver to take him to the nearest airport to book the first flight home.
