SAM Smith may declare "I'm Not Here to Make Friends" in their latest single, but after a look at their luxury Buckinghamshire pad, we definitely want to be theirs.

The Unholy singer has recently been ruffling feathers with their X-rated, S&M-themed video for their upcoming single, which was filmed in full view of visitors at the posh Ashridge House in Hertfordshire.

But after a day filming at the latest track, Sam had the perfect place to unwind in the shape of The Fat Fairy – the pub they've made from a renovated barn on their property.

While the star has been sober since 2018, Sam can still sip down a drink under the "pub's" crystal chandelier, they can even hang out with the lifesize Ewok statue that takes residence there, or play pool.

But that isn't the only luxury available at the property.

If inspiration strikes them, they can always head straight to a recording studio which they've made in another shed on the grounds.

There's a grand piano in the space with golden flamingo and palm tree statue's scattered around to make it feel a little more like home.

Or if they just want to chill out, they can head to the gazebo.

The stunning grounds are the perfect place to unwind, with the main house defined by their wood panelling and country cottage aesthetic.

This isn't even Sam's main house – with the singer also purchasing a £12million property in Hampstead in 2019.

The star has been investing in property in order to make the most of their money, and during a chat with Billboard explained they like to 'head to the countryside' after a busy week in London.

However, they've been forced to be careful after coming out as non-binary, with Sam admitting they've been spat at in the street as a result.

But that's not stopping them being their true, authentic, self - which will be on full display as they perform at this year's BRIT Awards this week.
