Chris has been left devastated when he lost both of his hands and his legs 22 months beforehand.

However, determined to not let it control his life, he decided to turn his attentions to educating the public on how life liveable even with disabilities.

As Alan arrived to take a look at the plot of land, he was left stunned by the poorly kept overrun space.

A wheelchair user, Chris had never been able to venture into certain parts of the garden before and was desperate for Alan and his team to help make it accessible.

Emotional at Chris' plea, Alan did all he could to help but was left remarking that it was the "most difficult garden ever".

The transformation Alan and his team managed to create on the ITV show was nothing short of a miracle as the garden was left looking completely unrecognisable.

The team created a play area for the children as well as adding in an assortment of water features and plants to spruce up the space.

Chris also was given access to a stunning shed that had been custom made for him to access and enjoy some tranquil time in the garden.

Bringing Chris and his wife to the garden for the very first time, Alan told them to keep their eyes shut before he counted them down.

The couples faces were a picture as they were left gasping and lost for words as they saw the transformed garden.

Chris was close to tears as he gasped to Alan: "I don't believe it!"

In order to celebrate the garden, the pair invited 50 people to fill the stunningly designed space alongside a Welsh voice choir to serenade them.

It was clear that Chris and his family were left over-the-moon with the outcome as they continued to gasp with shock at every nook and cranny.
