Demi - who shot to fame on the first winter Love Island in 2020 -recently revealed her weight loss after beating thyroid cancer.
Last year, Demi candidly told The Sun about her weight gain and "horrific mood swings" since her illness struck.
Speaking to us exclusively at the No7 Pro Derm Scan launch party, she said: "I got the all-clear before Christmas [2022] ...
"I think I’m just learning to adapt with my body and the hormones.
"I’ve got really bad mood swings, my weight is fluctuating, I’m trying to balance it.
"The Full Monty was huge because everyone had gone through a similar thing or knew someone and it was really reassuring."
Thyroid cancer develops in your thyroid gland, which is located in your neck, and is usually noticed when a lump forms there.
The cells within the thyroid grow too quickly and create a lump.
There are four types which include: papillary carcinoma, follicular carcinoma, medullary thyroid carcinoma, anaplastic thyroid carcinoma.
