THEY might have hit their half century, but these stars have never looked better.

From Liz Hurley to J-Lo, we reveal how they stay looking so young.

Liz Hurley, 58

How she does it: Admitting she’s not a gym bunny, actress Liz prefers to maintain her physique by giving her house a good clean, saying: “I’d rather do housework than go to the gym. I’d rather scrub a mirror – it does just as much!”

Once a fan of fads like the Watercress Soup Diet, Liz now takes a holistic approach to nutrition.

After starting the day with two mugs of warm water, 50% of her diet is fruit and veg, along with lean proteins and no processed food. “I drink little alcohol and I don’t smoke,” she’s said.

Liz, who is mum to model and actor Damian, 21, doesn’t subscribe to the au naturel look, saying: “I always wear make-up, as I never see the point of looking less than your best.”

She says: “I think feeling comfortable and confident comes with age.”

Jennifer Lopez, 54

How she does it: The Latina star follows a super-healthy, organic diet, prepared for her by her private chef, as well as drinking lots of water.

To achieve her famous curves, J.Lo does “fast-paced” workouts, such as boxing and jump squats, with two trainers up to five times a week.

She’s adamant she’s all natural, saying in 2021: “I have never done Botox or any injectables or surgery.”

Instead, the mum of two relies on adequate sleep and sunscreen, along with products from her own skincare range, J.Lo Beauty.

She says: “The narrative women are told is that you’re put out to pasture at a certain age.

"What I’ve found is the total opposite. If you keep working hard, you can be better as a person physically, mentally, emotionally.”

Claudia Winkleman, 51

How she does it: Her iconic blunt fringe, liberal use of eyeliner and no-nonsense manner has always given Claudia an air of being younger than she is.

But the TV star is no fan of exercise, once joking: “I went to yoga once and lasted four minutes. I’m just not that person.”

But her Strictly co-host Tess Daly has revealed Claudia avoids caffeine and the sweet stuff to stay in shape, saying: “Claudia doesn’t do sugar. I’ve never seen her eat a sweet.”

The mum of two has admitted to trying injectables. “I had a go with Botox, but looked both scared and surprised at the same time. I don’t like to be either,” she said.

She says: “I love being 50. Everything’s falling apart physically, it is like my skin is completely made of crepe paper now, who knew?”

Jennifer Aniston, 54

How she does it: She’s barely changed since Friends, but there’s no doubt Jen works hard to look her best.

She fasts 16 hours a day, then opts for celery juice, avocados and salmon.

Jen exercises most days in her home gym, switching between strength training, resistance bands, kettlebells and Pilates to keep her toned bod in tip-top condition – sharing her workouts with her 42.8m Instagram followers.

To achieve her A-list glow, she uses an infrared sauna, which increases circulation and reduces wrinkles.

She also takes a collagen supplement in her morning smoothie.

She says: “It’s just sort of been a theme in my life: to enjoy the age I am and not look at ageing as a negative, but as the privilege that it is. We all age!”

Kate Beckinsale, 50

How she does it: She recently celebrated her 50th with a wild, celeb-packed bash, but it’s hard to believe Brit Kate is in her sixth decade.

However, the actress certainly does the hard yards to look so fierce at 50.

She works out six times a week with her PT Brad Siskind at the Gunnar Peterson gym in Beverly Hills.

Her fitness regime involves a mix of bicep curls, sit-ups, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and, when she’s filming, she always makes sure she packs her yoga mat.

Kate, who’s recently been linked to actor Matt Atwater and is mum to daughter Lily, 24, has also shot down rumours of cosmetic help, insisting: “I haven’t had a facelift or filler or Botox. I’m not lying.”

Instead, she attributes her amazing complexion to SPF70 suncream, facials and good genes, adding: “My mum’s got really good skin.” She also eats a healthy diet and avoids alcohol and caffeine.

She says: “Getting old is f**king great.”

Davina McCall, 55

How she does it: Having sold more than 2 million weight-loss DVDs, Davina knows a thing or two about getting fit, especially as you age.

“Doing any kind of exercise is absolutely 100% going to boost your confidence.

“It’s really good for menopause symptoms. It’s been my key to confidence. Generally speaking, I definitely feel more confident than I did in my 40s,” the mum of three has said.

But even Davina has struggled to keep in great shape post-menopause, and has had to adjust her diet accordingly – namely by pulling the plug on post-dinner snacking, after realising she was consuming up to 400 calories by eating carrots and houmous before bed.

She says: “Getting older is brilliant because you feel happier in your own skin.”

Kylie Minogue, 55

How she does it: She’s been Spinning Around the sun for five-and-a-half decades, but Kylie still looks impossibly fresh-faced.

Prioritising skincare, she religiously applies sunscreen and uses eucalyptus gel as an anti-inflammatory.

Still, the pop princess has admitted to having Botox and that she’s “tried it all”.

She also added that, as a woman in showbiz, “you’re damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.”

In recent years, Kylie, who underwent chemo for breast cancer in 2005 before getting the all-clear, has turned her back on tweakments.

Instead, she prefers to stick to a protein-rich diet, a good work-life balance, and – most importantly – “a cup of good English tea at 3pm.”

She says: “When I say [my age] out loud, I think: ‘Really? Wait a sec, how? That’s not right!’

“You have to accept it, even if you don’t feel like accepting it sometimes.

“But hey, I’m lucky to be here, so it’s all good.”

Heidi Klum, 50

How she does it: She hit the big 5-0 in June, yet seemingly has the same body that launched her into supermodel stardom in her 20s.

But how? Mum-of-four Heidi says she eats a healthy diet, most of which is home-cooked.

“I think when you eat out a lot, you don’t know what [is] in there,” she’s said.

Her insane bod is maintained through yoga and swimming.

When it comes to skincare, Heidi, who’s married to musician Tom Kaulitz, 33, has a simple regime of washing her face with baby shampoo, plus applying plenty of SPF and moisturising night serums.

She says: “Internally, I feel like I’m 25!”

Amanda Holden, 52

How she does it: If you follow Amanda on Instagram, you’ll know she defies the laws of physics when it comes to ageing – particularly in those knockout bikini shots.

The mum of two is a stickler for a strict cleanse, tone and moisturise skincare routine, and says that yoga, drinking loads of water and following a vegetarian diet also help.

Amanda started having Botox while filming Wild At Heart in South Africa, admitting in 2008: “I have had Botox… I was constantly frowning in the sun and I noticed crow’s feet coming.”

But she quit in 2012, after spending time in intensive care following the birth of her daughter Hollie made her re-evaluate, and instead turned to micro-needling to roll back the years.

She says: “I don’t think I look 50, but I don’t think I look 30.

“I just like people saying I look good for my age and that’s how I’d like it to continue, regardless if I’m 60, 70, 80… I’d like to be going: ‘I’m 95, you know!’”

Naomi Campbell, 53

How she does it: One of the most iconic supermodels of all time, Naomi is still in demand thanks to a combination of good genes and a very disciplined lifestyle.

She’s previously admitted to eating just one meal a day to maintain her svelte figure, and recently her private chef of over a decade, Sean John, revealed she doesn’t eat dairy, gluten or chicken, as she is a vegetarian.

She also doesn’t drink alcohol.

Naomi denies ever having had injectables, saying: “I don’t need it, because ‘black doesn’t crack’.

“My grandmother has fantastic genes and only about one wrinkle.”

But she does maintain an impressive beauty regime: “I cleanse and scrub every day, I take off make-up every night.

“I’m constantly moisturising.

“When I’m not working, I try not to wear make-up at all.”

She might be a single, working mother of two under two, having first become a parent in 2021 aged 50 and welcomed her second child just two months ago, but Naomi still squeezes in intense full-body workouts and has shared videos on Instagram of her doing squats with a medicine ball, arm raises with TRX bands, and boxing.

She says: “I don’t worry about a number.

“I’m fine with ageing.”

Tess Daly, 54

How she does it: Having started her career in modelling, Tess learned the importance of a balanced diet, telling Fabulous earlier this year: “The fashion industry is not known for a good relationship with food.

“I’ve never dieted or counted calories. I’ve never overeaten, but I haven’t deprived myself either.”

Her husband Vernon Kay has credited her discipline for stopping eating once she is full for her fantastic figure saying: “Tess will go: ‘I’ve had enough, I’m done.‘“

A fan of Yoga With Adriene on YouTube, she credits Bruce Forsyth – who co-presented Strictly with her until the age of 86 – for inspiring her to stretch every day.

She says: “I’ve got wrinkles galore. You know when you look down at your iPhone and the camera is open and you go: ‘Oh, my god!’ I’m at that point – but what’s the alternative?”

Susanna Reid, 52

How she does it: Despite her 3.40am alarm for Good Morning Britain, Susanna always manages to look flawless.

So what’s the trick?

As well as her weekly spray tan and fortnightly trip to the hairdresser, the TV presenter credits ITV’s hair and make-up team with making her shine.

However, it’s no secret that Susanna, who has three children, has seemingly aged in reverse over the past few years, thanks to some lifestyle changes.

She revealed in 2018 that she quit going to the gym since it made her too hungry, then in 2019, she gave up alcohol, losing 11½st in the process and transforming her skin, which had started to develop scars as a result of burst blood vessels.

She says: “With age comes experience and relatability, and I think that is valued now in a way that is really refreshing.”

Salma Hayek, 56

How she does it: Due to her hectic work schedule, the actress relies on walking her numerous rescue dogs, swimming in the sea and doing restorative yoga to maintain her famous curves.

The mum of one, who’s married to French businessman Franois-Henri Pinault, is such a fan of juice cleanses that she co-owns her own juicing business, Cooler Cleanse.

She says: ‘’I don’t like to diet and I’m not good at it… After doing a juice cleanse, I’m motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally.”

For her flawless skin, she swears by regular massages, plus cleansing with coconut oil and rose water.

Salma also uses an LED face mask and micro-frequency treatments.

Refreshingly candid about the signs of ageing, she regularly shares selfies on social media that show wrinkles and grey hairs – and we’re here for it.

She says: “I thought getting older meant I wasn’t going to work; I’m working.

“I thought getting older maybe meant that you’re not in love; I’m in love.

“I have to say that I have found it beautiful getting older.”
