LONDON bus strikes that had been scheduled for June 2023 have been suspended according to TfL.
It was thought that the industrial action taken by bus drivers in the UK capital would make it difficult for the people to get around on public transport, but they have since been called off.
When will buses be on strike in June 2023?
The London bus strike had been scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, and Wednesday, June 21.
Those two days were set to be followed by another strike on Tuesday, June 27, and Wednesday, June 28.
TfL has since announced that they will not take place as planned.

The transport network posted on their website: "Strikes planned on Arriva London North bus services in June have been suspended."
Which routes were going to be on strike?
Prior to the strikes being suspended, TfL had revealed which routes would be affected by the planned strikes.
19, 29, 34,38, 41, 73, 78, 102, 121, 123, 141, 144, 149, 150, 158, 175, 191, 192, 221, 242, 243, 253, 254, 259, 279, 307, 313, 318, 325, 329, 340, 341, 349, 377, 675 (school bus), W3, W4 and W6 were the buses that would have been impacted.
There would have been no night buses at all on the affected routes on strike days.
N19, N29, N38, N41, N73, N242, N253, N279 were the night routes that would have been involved in the strikes.
Why are London bus drivers on strike?
Bus drivers employed by Arriva were due to strike as part of their dispute over pay.
Drivers who are members of the Unite union decided to suspend the strikes after their employer offered a new pay offer.
At the time of writing the offer had not yet been accepted.
Strikes could be back on if the offer is rejected.
Unite regional officer Steve Stockwell said: "From the outset Unite has been clear that Arriva could and should make an improved offer and that has proved to be the case.

In 2023 ambulance workers, nurses and junior doctors have all also staged walkouts over pay disputes.
The huge increase in inflation along with soaring living costs in the country are causing many people to struggle financially and take industrial action.
