The 28-year-old, shot to fame after appearing on the eight series of the show with her now boyfriend, Davide Sanclimenti.
Ekin-Su donned a bold, skin-tight all-black jumpsuit at the premier, complementing the outfit with black heels and a small black bag.

Unlike the UK version of the hit reality show the American series is all celebrities, with Ekin-Su joining the likes of The Real Housewives of Miami's Larsa Pippen, Bling Empire star Kevin Kreider and Maksim Chmerkovskiy from Dancing With The Stars.
