Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt left fans in a frenzy this week as he stripped down to reveal his shredded six-pack as he credits his wife for his jaw-dropping transformation.
This week the 44-year-old actor turned up the heat as he took to his Instagram story flashing a thumbs up in a sweaty shirtless gym selfie showcasing his newly ripped physique. The update comes as the former Jurassic World star announced his ambitious goal of working out every single day in the month of January. In the post Chris Pratt credited his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger for 'nudging him in the ribs' to encourage him to stick to his new year resolution.
In the video Chris updated his fans and said: "Okay so, day 10 done," and continued: "When I said that I was up before the kids yesterday, I was. And now I'm up again today before the kids... But I didn't credit Katherine for nudging me in the ribs when I tried to go back to sleep. She did that yesterday and today. I set my alarm and then, you know, I did that thing where I was like, 'I’m just going to lay here with my eyes closed.' She poked me in the ribs. She said, 'get up.'"

He continued: "Credit to all the people out there who are doing it with the help of someone else. Credit to all those someone elses and to those of you who don’t have someone poking you in the ribs and need that motivation from someone... Maybe I can give it to you right now. Get up, go get that workout. Feel good, drink some water."

But, the times between eating, I feel great. Before, eating was fun, but in the times in between, I felt like crap.”
Now in 2024 Chris is dedicated to getting in shape just for the sake of looking and feeling his best. But later this year fans can look forward to Chris taking the big screen once again as the actor is slated to star in the brand new Garfield movie as well as the sci-fi Netflix movie The Electric State.
