AN unearthed clip from Escape to the Chateau shows Dick taking a swipe at Angel over preparations for an upcoming wedding that she has not informed him about.
Escape to the Chateau has kept fans entertained for over nine series' keeping viewers up to date on the antics of Dick and Angel Strawbridge before coming to an end last year.
In a resurfaced clip, Dick is left shocked when Angel reveals to him her incredibly ambitious plans - and they only have five weeks to complete it.
Having been closed for nearly two years owing to the pandemic, Angel is keen to get everything back up and running and on top form once again.
However, Angel quickly had to stop Dick in his tracks when she discovered he was planning a rather messy transformation for an outdoor area typically enjoyed by wedding guests after a ceremony.

Dick told his wife of his plans to make the grassy area muddier which sparked concern for Angel who shot a series of nervous replies back.
Knowing that the area needed to be as lucious as possible for their first wedding back in five weeks time, Angel asked Dick: "When do you think it will at least be green? Because we've got five weeks."
Dick quickly picked up his phone as he mocked Angel's request and pretended to make a call to God.
As Angel giggled at Dick's reaction, he said down the phone: "My wife's asking me a question here, and I have no idea."
Angel called him a 'pee-pee taker' before he passed the phone over to her and insisted the call was for her.
She clarified: "Actually, could you let my husband know that it can't be mud for five weeks' time, when our first wedding is?"
"You didn't tell me that before we started," Dick said back.
Angel then said: "But no, seriously now. I know you don't give... about this, I know that - but I do.
"I know it's never been a wild meadow at this time but what it can't be is mud. So if you didn't scrape it, would grass and stuff still grow back?"
With the conversation growing more serious, he reassured his wife that it would not look like mud by the time the wedding rolls around.
