In tonight's episode, Colson shared the drastic methods he used to lose weight when he was younger, before starting a healthier fitness journey.

In a candid conversation between Sharon Osbourne, Colson, Louis Walsh and David Potts, Colson opened up about his weight struggles.

The actor said: "I lost weight when I was 18 through quite a strict diet and then, what I found was that I was gaining weight and then I’d try and diet again, the way I thought I needed to diet."

Sharon empathised, adding: "The floodgates would burst."

Colson continued, revealing his extreme methods, saying: "I wouldn’t eat for a day and a half.

"I'd just starve myself and then I’d be that hungry that I would like...I used to drive to KFC and I used to order three meals and then I would hate myself so I wouldn’t eat again for a day and a half and it would be that for months and months and months."

Sharon agreed, acknowledging the difficulty of managing weight, saying: "You know people who don’t have to worry about their weight, they have no idea how hard it is… it's a killer."

Louis then turned to Sharon: “You lost an awful lot Sharon, how much did you lose?”

Sharon said that she used to weigh 230 pounds, to which Ibiza Weekender star David Potts asked: "What did you do? Ozempic?"

Curious about Ozempic, Colson asked if Ozempic was "skinny injections," prompting Sharon to explain it as a hunger-suppressing treatment.

Sharon has admitted to using the drug Ozempic, known to help weight loss.

The controversial drug, traditionally for heart disease and lowering blood sugar in Type 2 diabetes has more recently been used for weight loss.

About Ozempic, Sharon told Piers Morgan: "I lost 42 pounds now and it's just enough. I didn't actually want to go this thin, but it just happened, and I’ll probably put it all on again soon."

Describing the side effects of using Ozempic, Sharon went on to recall: "At first, I mean, you feel nauseous.

"You don't throw up physically, but you've got that feeling. It was about two, three weeks where I felt nauseous the whole time."

Back in the CBB house, Colson told the group: "I am glad that I've done what I've done the way that I've done it and like I have the level of control that I've got, because it's like I have a discipline but then I also understand myself."

When asked what his girlfriend thinks of it, Colson said: "To be fair, she is very, very supportive, so if ever I’m having a bad day she tells me exactly what I need to hear… she’s very much a good egg."
