A GYPSY who built his empire from the ground up has revealed a three-step method anyone can use to make millions.

Billionaire Alfie Best, 53, has spent decades working his way to wealth, and has had plenty of bumps along the way.

But Alfie's journey to become known as UK's richest Gypsy has pushed him to want to inspire others.

And now he's offering a helping hand to Brits - giving advice on how to make their way to the top financially.

Alfie told The Sun: "Don't get me wrong success comes and goes - it can be with us today, it can leave us tomorrow and I'm very, very conscious of that.

"We always have to keep working at it, but if we want it bad enough we will be there to make it happen with them."

He added that he believes people do already need to have the right "mentality".

The 53-year-old continued: "We don't all have to be David Beckham, Tyson Fury, Ronaldo - we don't all have to be because we're not built as sportsmen.

"We're all built in different ways. You know that we must do what we love because you'll never work another day.

"It's so true if you don't love it, don't do it."

Alfie says there's three key steps people can make to becoming a millionaire - and he knows it works.

The dad explained people need to "take a step back, not forward" - analyse where you are with a simple cash flow; look at where the losses are going out and the income streams are coming in.

He said: "Because what happens in today's society companies are all trying to get us on the merry-go-round to pay monthly from our funds, to our insurance, to our mortgages, to our rent.

"It's about conditioning yourself and once you've done that it's then looking where the income streams and where you can massage those to increase them and do that business for your customers."

Alfie explained he's given that advice in speeches for years - and one man recently revealed he'd taken it, and it paid off.

The billionaire explained that he was giving a speech in Dubai last year and there was a Q&A session at the end - which is when a man from London stood up.

Alfie continued: "He'd come there to invest in property in Dubai.

"He said 'you may not remember me, but you gave a speech two years ago in Birmingham.

"I was in an extremely difficult position and my business was close to failing.

"You didn't know that at the time but I asked you what you would do if there was a particular time of hardship'.

"And I remember that was the advice that I gave him."

The billionaire explained that the man then thanked him and said his "business is now thriving, not just barely surviving".

Alfie says it was at that moment that he decided he wanted to make a difference in people - which is why he's now launching Best Wealth Network.

He explained it's an initiative for people who want to know how to generate a better income, adding: "I'm going to take it on myself to try my hardest to push everybody to create a better life for themselves and the people around them."

When he was asked if he thought money and success could lead to happiness, Alfie said "yes".

"When you become successful it makes you feel proud and when you get success - you then think that you have a purpose.

"On top of that, most importantly, happiness cannot be born - neither can fulfillment.

"But I'd rather be crying in a Rolls Royce than on a bike."
