Love Island star Anna Vakili and her sister Mandi Vakili clashed over whether they'd give up holidays or cosmetic procedures.

Speaking on their Sisters in the City podcast, Anna asked her sister: "Would you rather never go on holiday again or never have any surgery or aesthetic procedure again?"

Without missing a beat, Mandi replied: "Never go on holiday...goodbye sun," to which Anna asked: "Really? Are you joking?" But, Mandi insisted: "I don't even need to think about this twice," while Anna told her sister she felt "the other way around".

"No aesthetic? Nothing? Not even botox? I can't live without botox," Mandi asked. "I'd rather go on holidays and enjoy my life than stay in the UK miserable," the Love Island star stated as her sister told her "the sun is so bad for your skin".

"I cannot stay in this miserable UK for the rest of my life and no holidays, I'd rather have a bit of wrinkles, I'd rather have a bit of saggy skin. My sexiness and my beauty comes from my personality coming out. What's the point in being a really hot miserable person?"

Mandi argued: "I can't be happy without those things so I'd be a miserable person on holiday." Elsewhere, Anna recently admitted that she's returned to work as a pharmacist after giving up the job to pursue a career in social media following her Love Island stint.

Anna shot to fame on the ITV show in 2019 and took up a series of lucrative brand deals and sponsorships when she left the villa. She now has 1.2 million followers on Instagram but despite launching a successful podcast with sister Mandi, she recently took the decision to return to work as a pharmacist part-time.

“It played on my mind that I’d studied so hard to be a pharmacist and I wasn’t using it, and forgetting everything I’d learned,” Anna told Closer magazine, explaining that the decision to go back to work a couple of months ago has already had a positive impact. “I feel so much better mentally, I’m enjoying keeping my brain ticking and being back in the job.”

She added: “Being an influencer, you don’t really have a routine unless you are really disciplined, and I’m not. I can be a bit lazy, sometimes I wouldn’t go to bed until 5am and then get up at 2pm and try to squeeze all my content-making into one day. I didn’t like not having a routine and it affected my mental health massively, I felt like I didn’t have enough of a purpose.”
