SAMMY Root has sparked romance rumours with a Love Island co-star after the pair exchanged flirty messages.
The reality TV star won Love Island last summer with beautician Jess Harding.
But he appears to be on more than friendly terms with another girl from their series.
Sammy posted photos to his Instagram page from a recent holiday abroad.
The girl shared a flame emoji beneath it, with Sammy approving of her comment with an emoji of a couple holding hands.

Sammy and Jess split shortly after they won the show last summer - and a few months later he was seen on a night out with Abi Moores.
He was spotted dancing with the flight attendant on two separate occasions in October - looking shifty each time the cameras focused on him.
Abi revealed she was dating a fellow Love Islander one month later - but insisted he wasn't from her series.
She said: "I've had a few ex-Islanders slide into my DMs - I have been speaking to someone recently from Love Island.
"But I don't want to give too much away because I feel like every time I talk about it, it ends.
"I'm just going to keep it in for now."
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Sammy also hinted Jess was the one who instigated their break up.
Jess told him it was over by phone - choosing not to wait for a face to face conversation before making the news public and he was left stunned when their split leaked online while she was partying in Ibiza.
He faced a tough time in the aftermath as he struggled with heartbreak in the spotlight.

"We had a lot of fun in the villa and we really did fall for each other,” he explained.
"I think it's just a case of when you get out life is very, very different.
"It can be a bit of a struggle getting used to it and having a relationship at the same time.
"The relationship for me, it was going in a nice place and I would have seen it going on for longer.
"It felt like it was going alright, but at the same time, you never know how someone else is feeling.
“We didn't actually really say too much on the matter.
"It was just one of those things where it just felt like it just was a bit much to be sort of looking after as well as this new life.
"It's hard for me to even comment on it because it was just like it was a bit of a confusing one, but at the same time, but yeah, we're still on good terms."
