THE best things in life may be free, but for one woman, so are the worst.
She was shocked when her eyebrow lamination service went horribly wrong.
Carly (@carlyrudi) shared the eyebrow fail in a viral TikTok video.
She explained that the "good news" was that she'd gotten the service for free.
The bad news, however, outweighed the good news by much more than a hair.

She pulled off her sunglasses to reveal her botched brows.
"The bad news is this is my eyebrows. I can't. I feel like I look like Groucho Marx," she said.
"I have literal caterpillars."
She added that there wasn't much she could do now that she had just left her brow appointment.
Carly explained that she wasn't allowed to wash her brows for 24 hours after they'd been laminated.
In fear of making her brows worse, she planned on following the care instructions.
She could only hope and pray that her brows would look better when she washed them after 24 hours had passed.
People didn't think the "free" service was worth what she was put through.
"Free was too much," said one commenter.
Others didn't think she should follow the brow technician's instructions.

"The way I'd be washing them immediately," said one equally horrified viewer.

"Wash them and get them redone. Washing will deactivate it!" agreed another.
"I would wash them immediately, in my truck, with bottled water," echoed a third.
Many couldn't get over how messed up her brows were.
"Jumpscare!" said one.
"They are stunning, or at least, the reveal stunned me," joked another.
"You're giving Anne Hathaway in the Princess Diaries BEFORE the makeover," said a third.
