LOVE Island bombshell Tiffany Leighton is set to send temperatures soaring as the latest contestant to slink into the villa. But it seems her TV glow up has been several years in the making.
The 25- year-old has lost a whopping 3 stone, after dedicating herself to a gruelling exercise and diet regime, in a bid to trim down and tone up.
Sharing some before and after snaps on social media, Tiffany told how her lifestyle change took place over the course of a year and she has managed to keep the extra weight off ever since.
Writing in the caption she said: “30th October 2019- 30th October 2020, hard work pays off.”
A sweep of followers rushed in to congratulate her.

Meanwhile another said: “You look amazing Tiff.”
The Hertfordshire hottie will make her TV debut in tonight’s episode with her arrival in the villa after Munveer Jabbal and Patsy Field were sent packing.
Indeed Tiffany appears to have a clear strategy as she insists that she means business.
She says: "If there is one thing my fellow Islanders need to know about me is that I always get what I want and I am ready to find love in the Villa, so watch out boys."
The 25-year-old added: "I will bring some spice, spontaneity and bring my best flirting game. "
Fans of the ITV show are already speculating about who Tiffany will set her sights on, with some predicting that she’lll get her claws in the popular Sean Stone.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one user said: "I'm calling it now - 3 new bombshells. Ciaran and Sean's heads will be turned by Tiff. Ronnie, Joey & Omar all over Grace and Jess's head will be turned by Will."

A second added: "Sorry can’t have Sean being the nice guy second option anymore hope one of the new bombshells wants him."
"I hope Sean finds a connection with a new bombshell because Jess doesn’t care for him in the slightest bit," a third wrote.
Originally Sean was paired up with Harriett Blackmore but she dumped him to set he sights on Ronnie Vint.
Curiously he hasn’t yet found that special connection despite being in the villa since day one.
An intimate chat with Jess White and a round of the sexual position game looked promising, but it quickly petered out.
Indeed Jess had been coupled up with Ronnie since they first entered the villa, but the villa swarmed with tension after he made it clear that he was keen on Harriett.
During the recoupling, Jess acknowledged her "strong connection" with Ronnie but made it clear she wouldn't be "made to feel second best" while he explored his feelings elsewhere.
So then chose to couple up with Sean, saying: "I'm not sure yet if there is something there, but I think he deserves a chance to find that out."
But with the arrival of the three new bombshells, the villa is now primed for a shake up.
