The Cheshire mansion had only been Kerry's home for the past three years since June 2021, before she made the decision to downsize after struggling to keep up with the huge property.

Speaking to camera she explained: "I want to give you a quick glimpse of the new house. I haven't stopped and I've got it looking really, really nice.
I'm a property expert - my guess for the cheapest time to buy a home this year"There's still so much more to do, but it's getting there. Slowly but surely it's getting there."
She described herself as "lucky and so blessed" as she continued the home tour to show off a large living room with a dining table and huge mirror, before heading to the study which still had things packed in boxes.
She continued on to show off the home gym, which she explained was being set up as well as filming a modern kitchen and utility room before heading out into the garden."
She told fans: "As blessed as I am to have had such a lovely big house, I have just been approved by a high street lender for a mortgage. How amazing is that?
"That is like huge news to have gone from being bankrupt. We're talking 15 years ago now, and I've been renting for 15 years."
She revealed how she's now been approved to have a mortgage and has money saved to get her foot on the property ladder as she added: "I think the wisest decision now is to downsize and put even more money in those savings."
Kerry and her family haven't moved far, as she previously revealed how her youngest child Dylan Jorge (DJ), nine, can stay in her current school.
Writing in her column for New! magazine in May, Kerry said: "We’re moving next month and we haven’t packed a single thing. We are not prepared!
"I’m going to be really sad to leave this house, because it’s gorgeous and we really get along with our neighbours. It’s a shame."

"There will be less mess for me to tidy up after the kids in the new house, and it’s still close by for DJ’s school."
Kerry - who is mum to Molly, 22, Lilly-Sue, 21, Heidi, 17, Max, 15, and DJ - also revealed that the new home was the perfect downsize as her oldest two children don't live at home.
She also added that in September Heidi will also leave, as she heads off to university.
Kerry - who is engaged to Ryan Mahoney - had previously revealed she and her fiancé were toying with the idea of moving to Marbella, Spain, but shelved those plans after deciding not to disrupt the children's schooling.
