WHILE most people tend to have surgery that can barely be noticed - there are a few who want to have an entirely new face.
And one woman has left the internet in utter disbelief with her drastic surgery makeover in Turkey.
The woman named Katherine sought help from surgeon Este Istanbul in Turkey and the clinic showed off her mega transformation.
The before and after pictures uploaded to their Instagram account show the results of numerous cosmetic procedures Katherine had done.
Detailing the extensive work that took place the clinic said her makeover included a nose job, jawline shaping, buccal fat removal, and a cheek lift, all aimed at achieving the coveted 'golden ratio' look.

The clinic's post read: "To give our patient Katherine an aesthetic appearance in line with the golden ratio principle, we performed several surgical procedures.
"Firstly, we shaped the jawline to achieve a V-shaped contour. Following this, we performed revision rhinoplasty to refine the nose structure and harmonise it with the facial features.
"We conducted under-eye rejuvenation surgery to remove the tired and aged look around the eyes, giving her a more youthful and dynamic expression.
"To enhance the overall facial aesthetics, we performed a cheek lift."
They continued: "Finally, we executed buccal fat removal to eliminate excess fat in the cheeks, creating more defined and sharp facial contours.
"These combined surgical procedures resulted in a natural and aesthetically balanced appearance for our patient."
Many people claimed Katherine looked 'average' and 'normal' before she got her face reconstructed.
The post has since gone viral on the clinic's social media account with over 26,000 likes.
And people didn't hold back on what they thought of her drastic transformation claiming the work was so extensive she needed a new passport photo.

Another commented: "Can we please normalise looking normal or average again? Does everyone have to look like supermodels when it means changing their whole appearance?"

Meanwhile a fourth said: "From lunch lady to First Lady."
