The competition - which has discovered artists such as Tion Wayne and Nadia Rose - is back and bigger than ever before to find emerging artists.

The year-long programme sees the musicians offered workshops at Abbey Road Studios, have sounds developed by music directors at Marshall, offered mentoring, promotion plus performance opportunities including being announced live on TikTok.

MOBO Group found Kayna King CBE said: “MOBO continues to provide a unique talent platform and push for more representation, both on-stage and behind the scenes across the creative industries.

The night featured performances by Kojey Radical, Beenie Man, Emeli Sande, Cat Burns, Fireboy DML & more to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the awards.
