While the property is protected by a stone wall, he said it "might stop half a wave" when it comes to facing up to nature.
I'm a property expert - my guess for the cheapest time to buy a home this year"It's a very nice wall with an amazing view and I'd love to rent that property but I would not want to invest my own money," he said.
The clip also hears from Grand Designs presenter Kevin McCloud as he warns the house may not be standing in 60 years from now.
Meanwhile, another famous property called 'water tower' looks out of place - a resident has revealed.
The popular water tower conversion featured in a classic episode of the Channel 4 show ten years ago and was branded the show's "most popular project".
The property is worth a whopping £2million and is located in Kennington, South West London.
The buyer purchased the eye-catching home in 2021 and it consists of nine floors and comes with big sliding doors.
It was reported that 38,000 gallons of water was used to make it.
Now, a resident that lives opposite the road to this property has revealed that it's not as picturesque as people think it is.
The resident penned that the tower "looks out of place" on the road in a TikTok video they posted.
In the video the local tells the viewers: "So this building is the Water Tower of Grand Designs - look at it, it just sits there out of place amongst all other buildings."
