Zara and Cynthia looked fabulous at the thrill-seeking event.

Cynthia looked toned in her crop top - and narrowly avoided a run-in with her Love Island ex Casey who broke up with her after Casa Amor.

The super-hero duo certainly deserved to let their hair down after they saved a man's life earlier this week.

They were heading home on Tuesday evening when they came across a man who was choking on his sick in Camden, north London.

The duo quickly flagged down an ambulance after the man "passed out".

Sharing their experience on social media, Zara said: "We just had the maddest experience ever."

Cynthia agreed and said: "The maddest thing has happened - I feel like a good Samaritan," while Zara echoed: "We are good people, I feel like we just saved a life."

Zara explained: "Me and Cynthia, we were on Camden High Street and we just walked past a man in a suit and he was completely passed out.

"I didn't even notice him at first. Cynthia clocked something was not right there.

"Everyone else was walking past and ignoring him.

"The man starts throwing up, basically choking on his own sick and I was like I have to call an ambulance right now.

"It's like no one cared, 40 minutes to an hour they were going to take to get here."

Cynthia recalled: "The way I turned around and saw another ambulance," while Zara added: "Cynthia jumped in the road and flagged them down.

"They pulled in and jumped out and said 'you girls did the right thing, there should be more people in the world like you'."

Zara concluded: "Guys, if you see someone who needs medical help, please help them because genuinely we could have heard this man being on the news and imagine if we walked past and said that's none of our business.

"That man could have died.

"So, in this lifetime just be good people, imagine if that was you, or if that was your mum or your sister.

"You would want someone or a stranger to help you.

"That man is now being seen to and getting medical assistance but he could have easily just choked on a bit of sick and died. I just think we saved a life - I feel good."

Alongside the video, Zara captioned it: "Always ask yourself if you can do something to help in these situations."

Her fans were quick to praise the pair for intervening and helping the stranger.

One wrote: "The bystander effect is real! Good on y'all for helping him!"

Another posted: "Kudos to you both for stepping in when others failed to."

"There actually needs to be more people in the world like you guys!!! Like this was not even social experiment this was REAL! A real person who is was in need! God bless the both of you," a third commented.
