WHEN millions tune in to watch America's Got Talent premiering on NBC, its famous panel of five judges will want to look their best.
But a plastic surgeon has claimed that three of them turned to cosmetic work to get there, while another will suffer consequences if he follows suit.
America's Got Talent makes its comeback tonight when a new champion will be found during the series.
Judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandell, Terry Crews, Sofia Vergara, and Heidi Klum will also return to their hot seats.
Through March and April, auditions for the long-running talent contest were underway.

At intervals, some of the judges were spotted heading in and out of the NBC studios in Los Angeles for filming.
In March, Simon was photographed looking trim in baggy jeans, smiling happily for the cameras.
Heidi Klum was also snapped outside in April. The former Project Runway host looked youthful wearing a neon bralette and pencil skirt.
More recently, at the launch of Series 18 auditions in Pasadena, the judges paraded up the red carpet.
As per any glitzy TV event, all eyes were on the celeb's clothes and looks. Some might have even had the odd nip and tuck in the run-up.
In an exclusive interview, plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Westreich (who has not treated any of the judges) told The U.S. Sun: "Out of the five judges, Heidi looks the best and that's a no-brainer.
"But I do not think she has had a lot of cosmetic work done.
"I think she has just been doing Botox and maybe filler."
He said: "There are a couple of maybes for Sofia Vergara but some of those are a while ago.
"Otherwise, everyone knows that Simon got work done, plus he was open about the fact that he was dissolving his fillers.

"By contrast, Howie and Terry would not be interested in going down that route.
"Howie and Terry both shave their heads, which eliminates any opportunity for you to have procedures like brow lifts and face lifts.
"Those incisions would need to be hidden in the hairline.
"If Terry did anything like Botox, it would be catastrophic for him because of his heavy brow.
"Overall, the AGT judging panel may have likely spent around $173,000 on cosmetic work.
"This includes Heidi’s Botox at $5,000 a year, and Sofia's possible mini facelift costing around $ 20,000.
"Sofia may have spent $30,000 on rhinoplasty and $8,000 on filler and Botox.
"Simon likely had a lateral brow lift at $20,000, blepharoplasty or eyelid lift probably at another $20,000, and neck liposuction would cost around $10,000.
"He also probably spent between $20,000 and $30,000 on Botox and fillers in the past.
"He might have spent $10,000 on getting those fillers dissolved."
SIMON IS STUCK WITH IT
Previously, the 63-year-old music mogul told The U.S. Sun that he had stopped using Botox and fillers.
In 2022, he said that cosmetic work had left him looking like something out of a horror film.
Simon also said that his fiancee, Lauren Silverman, and son Eric, eight, found his tweaked looks to be funny.
“Enough was enough,” he said at the time, before adding: “There's no filler in my face at all now. Zero."
"I think about ten years ago, Simon may have had a bit of liposuction on his neck when he was in a heavier phase," said Dr. Westreich.
"I think he has had work done on his eye area including a lateral brow lift because he had very heavy hooded eyes.
"He may have had an upper lid lift and probably a lower lid lift around that same time.
"Around 2009, Simon started doing fillers and went overboard.
"To his word, he has been dissolving the fillers and is looking more normal.
"Filler can stick around for years, so I do not think you can have that much filler in your body and expect it to all go away.
"If Simon did an MRI, there would probably still be small pockets of it.
"It would be almost impossible to get rid of all of it in Simon's face."
SOFIA SAYS NOT YET
Sofia Vergara’s youthful looks have also become a part of the celeb surgery rumor mill.
The mom of one is known to rock up red carpets wrinkle-free and showing off her hourglass shape.
In 2015 Vergara, 50, told Vanity Fair: "Believe me, I wish I had fake boobs."
When discussing cosmetic work in 2014, Sofia told Redbook: "Why not? I mean, not yet, but maybe I'll do my under-eye bags in my 50s. We'll see what I need, but I'm not saying no!"
"Sofia may have had some work done in her early twenties," added Dr. Westreich.
"She might have had a limited rhinoplasty.
"Sofia also might have had a mini-facelift at one point and around seven years ago.
"She also has veneers.
"Currently all she seems to be doing is Botox and fillers, which are mostly in her cheeks."
HEIDI HAS NOT DONE ANY
There has been speculation about Heidi Klum getting cosmetic surgery over the years.
But the 49-year-old model and former Victoria's Secret star has consistently batted it off.
In 2012, the mom of four told Allure: 'Ask me again when I'm 65, but… I'm proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven't done anything."
"Botox or bangs," she also said during an interview with Access Hollywood Live in 2013, before adding: "I go for bangs."
"Heidi has never had a period where it looked like her skin was aging significantly," added Dr. Westreich.
"She always looks really good and seems to have just had Botox.
"When you have a good bone structure and thin skin, then textually it is very smooth.
"Those types of patients do tend to age very well.
"People like Heidi do not need some of these other treatments that you see others commonly getting."
HOWIE IS ROCKING IT
Howie Mandel, 67, has been a judge on America's Got Talent since Season 5.
The Canadian comedian also served as a judge on Champions 1 and 2, as well as All-Stars 1.
Howie is known to be a germaphobe and when he shaved his head, he told ABC News: "This feels so streamlined and so clean."
The former Deal or No Deal host also debuted a goatee in January for the All-Stars show.
The married dad of three also has veneers.
"Howie Mandel looks completely age-appropriate," explained Dr. Westreich.
"I think that he hasn't really done anything.
"Some people look good with their heads shaved and other people don't.
"Howie and Terry are rocking the clean-shaven head look.
"I don't see either of them deviating from the pathway that they’re on."
TERRY LOOKS TIP TOP
Former NFL star, Terry Crews, is known for keeping himself healthy while taking care of his looks.
In 2021, the 55-year-old actor told Page Six: “I do intermittent fasting and my wife Rebecca does it too.”
He added: “I eat emotionally, and when times get rough I feel like, oh man, that donut looks so good.”
The married dad-of-five is committed to keeping his complexion in tip-top shape.
“I use a lot of Kiehl’s products to exfoliate,” he said. “I’m on TV, so I have to!"
"I can't see that Terry has done any cosmetic work," added Dr. Westreich.
"It is not uncommon for patients with darker skin pigment to not do a lot of it.
"They have less sun damage and so they get less wrinkles.
"I think at a very young age Terry got a very heavy brow.
"It would not be a good idea for him to do any Botox."
